Request details - the healthcare admin task you ask Novana to help with, including context you choose to share about appointments, insurance, bills, referrals, prescriptions, or provider communications.

Communications - messages you send us and notes from our follow-up with you about your request.

Site usage - basic analytics such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, device information, and referral source so we can understand what is working.

How we use information

To understand your request, coordinate next steps, and provide healthcare navigation support.

To contact you about your request by email, text, or phone, depending on the preferences and contact details you provide.

To improve Novana's intake flow, service quality, safety practices, and customer support.

To protect Novana, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

Healthcare and safety

Novana provides healthcare navigation and administrative support. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Do not use Novana for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.

Only share information you are comfortable providing and that is relevant to the request you want help with.

Retention and choices

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, improve Novana, and meet legal requirements.

You can ask us to update, delete, or stop using your information by contacting support@novana.health.

You can opt out of non-essential communications. We may still send service-related messages about active requests.
